Taking Screenshots Using MS Paint

Steps:


[list][*]Go to the page you want to screen capture.


[list][*]Hit the Print Screen key. Where ? If you only want to screen capture your internet browser window, then press ALT + PRINT SCREEN.


[list][*]Go to your Windows Start Menu >> Accessories, and then click on Paint. Wait for it to open up.


[list][*]Then paste the image by pressing CTRL+V.


[list][*]Then it's up to you if you want to crop it etc. I hope you know how to use MS Paint.


[list][*]Save it as .jpeg (lesser byte size) so it loads faster.


U[list][*]pload it to your favorite image hosting site.


Taking Screenshots With MacOS

[list][*]Here are the hKeys if you're not familiar with them. And here are key combination that would help taking a screenshot.


[list][*]Command-Shift-3: Takes a screenshot of the screen, and saves it as a file on the desktop.


[list][*]Command-Shift-4, then select an area: Takes a screenshot of an area and saves it as a file on the desktop.


[list][*]Command-Shift-4, then space, then click a window: Takes a screenshot of a window and saves it as a file on the desktop.


[list][*]Command-Control-Shift-3: Takes a screenshot of the screen, and saves it to the clipboard.


[list][*]Command-Control-Shift-4, then select an area: Takes a screenshot of an area and saves it to the clipboard.


[list][*]Command-Control-Shift-4, then space, then click a window: Takes a screenshot of a window and saves it to the clipboard.
